Mini Camps (Small Group Lessons) 2010

Have you ever wanted lessons from a big leaguer?  Now is your chance.  Al Newman, former Minnesota Twin and World Series Champ (87/91), will be giving lessons in two hour blocks every Thursday in February and March at the Burnsville Field House !

“Newmie” will be the lead instructor in all of Minnesota Baseball Academy’s group lessons (mini camps) and will cover every aspect of the game including proper warm-up, base running, and fielding technique.

Over the course of four weeks, Newman and Co. will provide students with the tools to become better ball players. In addition, while we believe the physical skills are important in baseball, the mental side deserves the same attention. That’s why we’ve incorporated time within our camps devoted to approach and mental preperation. We want complete baseball players!
