BLIZZARD ELITE FUNDRAISER/TEAM OUTING RSVP NEEDED
Our first fundraiser is coming up at MN BB Academy on October 25th/26th.

October 23rd 6pm Varsity Blue / Varsity Black
October 24th 11am 6pm 12u, 13u, 14u Black, 14u Blue
October 25th 11am 6pm 15u, 16u,

The Outing will also serve as our main fundraiser so make sure to bring the donations and checks on this day. Please use the fundraising money tracker and forms on the website. Please make sure to tear that page out and use it to keep track of who owes you money ! Checks should be made payable to CES Blizzard Fundraiser. Make sure that when you hand in your money, it is in ONE envelope with the Player's Name and team he plays for is on the front. Checks that don't come in at the fundraiser do not go towards apparel.

The team outing will consist of baseball practice, team building experiences and games including bean bag toss, basketball tournament, ping pong tournament and sock-hockey tournament. We are working on bringing in a special guest speaker as well. Please bring two pairs of athletic clothing and shorts.

We would ask that each team member be responsible for the following items:
12u/13u bag of chips
14u blue 6 pack of soda/water/Gatorade
14u black dessert

15u 6 pack of soda/water/Gatorade
16u dessert
17u/18u bag of chips

We will bring lunch, but it's a good idea that you eat before you come. We'll probably end up eating around 2:30.

BIRTH CERTIFICATES
Please bring your birth certificates. If we don't receive birth certificates, players will be ineligible to play based on the tournament rules. You can bring them to the Outing, mail them in, fax them, email but we need them ASAP !

LESSONS AND HITTING LEAGUES
The most valuable part the entire Blizzard program is getting in and working with our instructors. Remember, all individual lessons are $65 and we expect the players to get lessons before we head down to our tournaments. Please start scheduling them as soon as possible. Hitting Leagues and Live Sundays start up in November as well ! Please check out our website for all the details.

Hit-a-Thon/Fundraiser Instructions: In short, players are calling, emailing, contacting as many business, family and friends as they know to get hourly donations based on a 10-hour practice on October 25th or 26th. Here is the form letter players can use. If people just want to donate a flat amount, that's fine just divide it by 10 when you send it in. Please bring all these fundraising checks the day of the fundraiser one envelop per player. Please do not hand in multiple sheets per player.
